I was very reluctant to try eclincher especially after we have tried more than 10 social media tools over the past few years. Some of the tools we tried in the past did look promising at the beginning but after a few days or weeks the system could not keep up with the volume of posts or scheduling we do on a daily basis.
For the past 3 years we have been stuck using 4 to 5 different tools to manage all of our social media pages. After reviewing eclincher, it seems to be the only platform that has all of the functions and features that we use built into one entire system. After a week of testing, we started to move many social media pages over. As a social media agency having so many accounts more than 200 pages there was a bit of a learning curve learning how to schedule content and train our staff on the work flow but after a few weeks its much easier to manage then say HootSuite or Buffer for content scheduling. The tool even replaces Sprout Social with a better social inbox tools which is very impressive.
Our testing period came with a few small challenges getting everything running correctly for us, but the eclincher team was very responsive and took the time to reach out personally to find out what was not working and within hours had immediate solutions. They even went out of their way to add in some extra specific features requests that we needed. This is unheard of when working with the older more established companies like Hootsuite or Buffer. From my experience they can take 6-12 months to implement new features.
After 6 weeks on the eclincher platform everything is working great and for the first time in a long time, it looks like eclincher will eventually replace all of the tools we use for managing social media pages. For agencies like ours, I recommend that you take the time to learn the eclincher tool well and see all of the features it has.
