How does the 14-day free trial work?
When you sign up, you instantly get access to all our plans for 14 days. No credit card is necessary. You may add payment information anytime during the trial period by simply going to Account Settings. If you choose not to continue, your account will expire. However, we’re confident you’ll love it.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my account at anytime?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your account at any time. You may upgrade or downgrade directly in your eClincher Account Settings popup. The only exception is with agency accounts – please contact our customer service for further assistance.
Can I cancel my account at anytime?
You may cancel your monthly or yearly subscription from the account settings or contact our customer service to request cancellation (use the live chat 24/7). Basic and premier subscriptions can be canceled in the account setting/billing popup. All cancellations will take place at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will not be charged again.

Is my data safe?
We take data security seriously at eClincher. Are you a non profit organization?
Non profit organizations can receive 15% off on all our plans. Send us any official documentation that supports your nonprofit status. This will vary depending on the country you live in. For example, US customers can submit a 501(c)(3) document, while UK customers can submit their registered charity number.
